| When the baler reaches the top of the tree, one (1) worker
pulls the lock pin and cuts the twine while his partner takes
the baler to the next tree. It's easy to handle, weighting
only 12 pounds. This unit is made entirely of aluminum except
for the lock pin and hinge, which are made from stainless
steel. This machine is made to last a lifetime. |

| At the Reiss Tree Farm it's normal to dig Blue Spruce in
70 to 80 degree weather. Normally workers would have to wear
long sleeve shirts when baling trees without the vertical
baler. With our baler it's possible to bale trees all day
long without even a shirt on. The baler handles the rough
branches for you. It's no unusual to bale 20 to 30 trees per
hour. A good two (2) man team can bale 250 trees or more per
day. Our baler produces a uniform and market ready product
that will stand the rigors of transportation. |

| This baler also works well for the Christmas Tree Industry.
By baling trees before cutting the low branches are already
out of the way for the saw. It's also easier to move a harvest
for Christmas trees. Now a grower can bale their trees weeks
before they need to be cut, so let it snow, your trees are
all baled. Our standard size fits 5 to 7 foot trees. Other
sizes are available upon request. |
